Survey and contact privacy notice

1. What the research survey collects

The Tally survey asks about broad location, role, industry, team size, AI-workflow maturity, recurring tasks, implementation barriers, desired outcomes, learning format, budget range, timing, schedule and language preference. These answers help AI Complex decide which Toronto and GTA programs to build.

You can complete the research survey without entering a name or email address. Please do not enter client names, credentials, company secrets, personal case details or other confidential information.

2. Optional follow-up

At the end of the form, you may choose to receive relevant follow-up from AI Complex. If you select that optional choice, AI Complex may use the email address, preferred name, industry and survey answers you provide to send practical workflow resources, pilot invitations and information about relevant courses or services. Some messages may be promotional.

The consent box must be off by default. It is not required to submit the research survey, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Where responses are stored

This static website does not operate its own survey database. The embedded form submits responses directly to the AI Complex-controlled Tally workspace. Tally acts as the form-service provider. See Tally’s data-protection information and Tally’s privacy policy.

If you provide optional contact details, authorized AI Complex workspace users may see them beside your survey answers. AI Complex should restrict Tally access and exports to named managers who need the information for research analysis or approved follow-up.

4. Technical information

Cloudflare Pages hosts the public website, and Tally delivers the embedded form. These providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot their services. This site does not include an AI Complex database, advertising pixels or session-replay software.

5. Reporting and access

Market-demand reporting should use aggregate fields such as role, industry, workflow, barrier, delivery format, price and timing. People reviewing overall demand do not need access to names or email addresses. Contact access should be limited to the small group responsible for approved follow-up.

6. Retention

AI Complex proposes reviewing research responses after 180 days and contact records after 12 months, unless consent is withdrawn earlier or a different legal requirement applies. Tally workspace settings and documented manual deletion checks should match the published retention schedule.

7. Access, correction, withdrawal and deletion

Before launch, AI Complex must publish a verified privacy contact for questions and requests. Consent for future messages can be withdrawn at any time. A survey submitted without contact information may not be locatable later because it is intentionally not tied to an identity.

8. Launch requirement

The verified legal business name, mailing address, privacy email and unsubscribe process are intentionally not invented in this draft. Do not enable optional contact collection or promotional follow-up until those items and the Tally workspace access settings are complete.
